The Skoda Scala will be coming in to replace the Skoda Rapid sedan and wagon model and while Skoda is not ready to release the vehicle yet, they did release a new teaser image as well as some new details about the upcoming hatchback.
The teaser image showed us the Skoda Scala but it was heavily covered in camo stickers. The hatchback will be riding on the MQB platform and will come with a new design based on the Vision RS concept.
There will be five engine option to choose from that will be offering from 88hp to 147hp. The engines will come mated to a five or six-speed manual depending on the model or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission for those looking for an auto option.
On the inside, the Scala will be fitted with a 9.2inch display screen with full connectivity and more. The vehicle is set to enter production early next year.
