Ford took away the Ford Ranger from the US market years ago but with the sudden rise in demand for trucks here in the US, Ford is ready to bring the truck back and we are closer to it than ever now as it was announced that production for the 2019 Ford Ranger will be starting this week.
The 2019 Ford Ranger will be built at the Michigan Assembly Plant. Ford celebrated the start of the production by hosting an event with the media and about 3000 employees to take a ride in the new truck on a small off-road course.
The plant was updated so that it could start building the trucks. The plant previously worked on Ford Focus and C-Max. This will also be the same plant where Ford will be building the new Ford Bronco which is another model that people are looking forward to getting.
