Pokemon is one of the biggest franchises in the entertainment scene and it has contributed a lot in the gaming industry. Since the days of Gameboy, Pokemon video games have greatly appealed to the masses but all of that came to a halt in 2016.
For the first time in the franchise’s history, the Pokemon Company has decided to hand development rights to Niantic and it resulted in the creation of Pokemon Go. The mobile-themed Pokemon video game offer plenty of fun but one can get tired of the game far too easily.
Those that have played Pokemon for a long time knew that the fault is with the gameplay in Pokemon Go that is mostly about catching creatures. The lack of focus on adventure, plot and battle has left an empty feeling with Pokemon Go.
With such an experience, many have lost desire to play the next entries, Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee and Let’s Go Pikachu. This upcoming game will be the fist from Pokemon to debut on the Switch and the trailers hint on a toned-down adventure in the title.
True enough, Game Freak’s recent confirmation on a core Pokemon video game coming out next-year has raise expectations for Let’s Go to become a title for those that are glued to Pokemon Go. Just see it for yourself below.

Agreed, kind of feel Bait-And-Switched since the "Let's Go" games seem nothing like a "core game" and more like a hybridization spinoff aimed at converting Go players into actual core series players.
